Hi Surya,
You can yourself give example of a recent issue,and tell
them that this was the toughest one.Pick one severity one
ticket and tell it with solution.
Ex:- An order is getting locked instead of all the
configuration set right.What may be the problem?
Ans: It may be anything..tell them an example from
incompletion log or Sales document custmization.

This is a common question in the interview to check whether
u r real or fak? in general most of the people can answer to
the implimentation knowledge, the movements he say tickets u
will be in tense, (of course for freshers who try with fak ex.)
Any how all the people who r real exp. today they also might
have faced the same.

while creating or making enhancements where you ahd to use

Basically the support can be on L1 ; L2; L3; ;L4
l4 is the one whchic takes lot of time and the client
hurries you for exp in ehancement when yu ahd a to add a new
feild or in pricing when you see that there is some abap bug
and need to immeditely contact the aber or your server goes
out and you need to work on the sand box and such critical
issue can be an impertant ticket

Yes this question is asked for checking as to how
correct are you . There are many tickets ( porblems that
you might may encountered while creating sales order like .
Mwst missign which relates to tax in pricing ; account
assignment not defined; business area not defined ;
shipping point not defined ; pricing condition not defined
and so on . So need not panic . Just be confident in a
answering
Some times you migh also see that inspite givneing all
the values correctly there might be one more problem that

Can a sales order, delivery & billing can be done with item quantity zero
If I created an order for 100 pc of material, also did delivery for same 100 pc of material. So is it possible to create billing for 90 pc of material? If yes, then how?

PRICING…… I have a requirement where I have a fright condition which is a header condition for the whole document, I will be maintaining the fright condition recorder (header level) because it’s header condition, now the requirement is if I want to have 5 conditions to be calculated for each item because let’s say I have 5 line items, I want to see how the side calculated first of each item so what’s the best way to take out that out of the system in standard configuration, how can we achieve this?.....
