while creating or making enhancements where you ahd to use
your routimes or sub routines
Basically the support can be on L1 ; L2; L3; ;L4
l4 is the one whchic takes lot of time and the client
hurries you for exp in ehancement when yu ahd a to add a new
feild or in pricing when you see that there is some abap bug
and need to immeditely contact the aber or your server goes
out and you need to work on the sand box and such critical
issue can be an impertant ticket
