The Asset master gives the entire info. f the asset like:

vendor,capitalisation,account determination,
dep. area,etc.

Asset master can created by copying an existing asset in
the same company code or another company code, it can be
also be created from the scratch when it is done for the
1st time again while creating the master, SAP allows to
create multiple asset in one go, provided, all such asset
are similar.

Journal entry for sale of asset in profit /loss
hi can anybody help me.In year 2007 Ihave completed PGDBM (FIN) after completing this I found that there is no opening for pgdbm (fn) fresher they either have to opt for marketing job or join any callcentre for getting finance job.thereafter someone have suggested me to do SAP FI i did SAP FI but after completing this I again found that there is no demand for SAP FI fresher although our institute have given me faqe experience but they have not given any live project training or any interview training now i dont know whether to concentrate on SAP fi job or pgdbm fin job Im in great depression lease someone help me &tell me the way where to go
I configured sales/purchase a/c & i'm posting customer invoice with f-22 ok tax is calculating ! whree as in the same way if i post vendor invoice with F-43 i am selecting calculate tax, ok the tax cattegeory not visibling which meens we should select tax cattegeroy then only tax will calculate, now i can post but tax not calculating. finally customer invoice tax is calculating not a proble. kindly can anybody help the same where i did mistake.
