Hi,
I am Navpreet, from Jalandhar. I pursued graduation in IT
from Punjab Technical University. Curently doing MBA
correspondence from Lovely Professional University. I did
my Scholling from Different Kendriya Vidhyalayas, all are
affiliated to C.B.S.E board.
My father was a part of Indian Army, he retired from
services about 4 years back. My mother is a house wife. I
have an elder Brother and a younger sister. My brother is
working in Dell International Services and sister is a
student of BCA.
I worked as an Immigration Consultant in a Consultancy in
Jalandhar for about 6 months. Then Joined as a Customer
Care Executive in Tata Business Support Services for 10
months. Now looking forward to make my career with Dell
International Services.
I like listening to music and singing. I used to

I am Hernani, 19 year old, from La Castellana, Negros Occidental, my mother is a teacher and my father is a dental aide I have two brothers and I am the eldest. I graduated my high school education from La Castellana National High School. I have taken up advance Computer Literacy Training in 2009 at IMPACT, La Carlota City. In the HR round, questions were: Tell me about yourself? Why do u want to join dell? Are to compatible to work in night shifts? Consider a situation when a customer who's an author calls up to tell that his hardware is corrupted and all his writings were stored on the system. Next was technical round. Questions asked were: what is BIOS? what is POST? what is RAID? Mirroring? striping? what is the CD capacity? What is the DVD capacity? What are the different flavors of XP? What is the configuration of the system u use at home? what is trouble shooting? Tell me about your project? What do u know about the different dell products? Do u kne about your nature of work? What if the software field improves and u get a call from them, would u jump over? Next was the ops round where they check for ur compatibility i.e. your long term commitment wth the company.
Can I build a good future in "IT profile(non-BPO)" by joining as Technical support voice at IBM/ Wipro/Dell .....??? Please do guide me in this case...
