i work on sap 4.6c sap r/3,what happens is my sap mmc starts
up,database startsup,message server startsup and also the
dispatcher,but all the workprocess remain in running
state,and they never come to waiting state? Can anyone help
me out?

try to kill the processes
by using dpmon
and check the database connectivity

Check the log files in work directory

login os level user is SIDADM go to command promt and type
sapdba enter choose option 'c ' and increase the tablespace
frist check the tablespace which table is having more than
90%,so that only increase

its the performance issue.
go to command prompt and enter as sidadm
and type dpmon
and from menue check the work process status.
restart the proesses.

Might be this is memory issue.Need to check physical memory size and check log files which are located in work directory.

I have a requirement from the SD people wherein whenver one runs the tcode F-02 (Enter G/L account Policy : Header Data), they should not get the list of all acounts in the ACCOUNT field. But when i go to pfcg to check for restricting the list, i dont find any pertinet auth field for doing so. Isi t something that we can ( as Basis Admin) do or the ABAPpers to do. Maybe the ABAPpers have to program the screen where in they need to restrict the list options. If not so, lemme know the auth field that has to bet set if any.
