which lur the student by promising . this time i am the
only one ,i had made mistake in the past and i am wise
man who learns from his n others mistake , so i dont have
daring to repeat tht mistake but have spirit to stand
for visa again because this time i know i dont have
ne fake document ,its all genuine ,if uwana verfiy this

yes pranav ur right!!! I hav a friend here who got his Visa
after rejection on grounds of fake documents!!!! But he was
scrutinized for one whole day!!!! anywayz there is a ray of
hope my friend and itz upto you to get things straight!!!

Dear Guys,

My problem looks similar.I have submitted fake documents
during my second visa interview(in 2007) and they have
verified it with the bank.He made me wait till evening and
entered something seriously into the system by saying as the
documents are found to be fake and returned my documents &
passport. But the main issue is now I am working in a MNC
from 3 years and my client is from US.I ll get the invite
from client at any time.So do I have the chance of getting
L1 visa (obviously with genuine docs through company) .So
please suggest me guys who have good idea on these issues.

Dear,

Please dont get panic and show your body language to them.
If you are going through the same consultancy tell them
very clearly the amount has to be remained in the account
for atleast 6 months and after a week even after the
interview got over. The less number of period you are
holding the finance in your account will definitely put you
in trouble. Or else please arrange for the own funds by
taking the loan, else go for the sponsor. You can also tell
them last time you got rejected due to the insufficient
funds. be polite to the Visa interviewer.

Hi Guys,

Even my H1b is rejected due to fake documents and it's been
4 years it happened. I want to know how many years
background they will verify,somewhere I heard that they
will verify for last 5 years and I can apply for visa again
only after 5 years. Please let me know if this is true, now
I am ready with all the genuine documents.

I am currently working with well known US based MNC since last 3 years but I want to pursue my masters. I have got an admit from MST,rolla (US) for this fall semester and I am planning to appear visa interview this monthend. My doubts are, 1) What questions would VO ask me? 2)I was rejected a business visa (B1) in april '11 (first rejection) will it affect F1 visa? 3)what if F1 visa got rejected this time? can i reapply immediately? 4)what are the rules if US visa got rejected twice? Someone please help me. I am pretty much concerned about VISA.

hi this is raghu. my visa rejected in Chennai. and i have applied again in Hyderabad. but in Hyderabad i said my backlogs 5,in Chennai i said 7 which is my actual backlogs, but in Hyderabad again rejected again so what can i do?

Hii ,, mama, I got I-20 .. In I-20 they mentioned my expenses with tuition fee and everything as $24K and my total value of GA as $27K. so I am getting excess of $3000 for one year.. Now my question is how much I have to show at the time VISA interview? My father is farmer .My father doesn’t have any liquid assets but we have lands and immovable property around------ ----- I can show my maternal uncle and aunt liquid assets around 15 lakh…and immovable assets around 50 Lakhs,, they both are doctors..what are the documents I have to show ? Is it ok if I do like this?

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant

I have done my bachelor of pharmacy, secured an aggregate of 72%.my GRE score is 1190,TOEFL score is 87. no backlogs.i have got good interest for higher education and research. got admission into masters and recieved I20 from long island university, brooklyn campus.Going to face the visa interview within a week, are my scores considered low? what are my chances of rejection? what do i say why didnt you prefer India to study?pls let me know. hi i m rahul.i hav completed my 10th standard in the year of 2002 then after i stop my study and involved in agriculture with my dad.i joined intermediate in the year of 2007 and completed my intermediate with the 1st division.now i am willing to continue my study and would like to go to usa for study.i hav ielts with the score of 7.0 band.my question is my education gap in the past affect the visa interview or not?and what shall i do to cover my education gap?what shall i reply to visa counseller if he/she ask me regarding to the education gap?i m looking for any support from all of u guys over there.please suggest me something.
