I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense,
the money was removed from the account by the consultancy
people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is
there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I
defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents
again ?

document , i was caught last time on wrong consultancy
which lur the student by promising . this time i am the
only one ,i had made mistake in the past and i am wise
man who learns from his n others mistake , so i dont have
daring to repeat tht mistake but have spirit to stand
for visa again because this time i know i dont have
ne fake document ,its all genuine ,if uwana verfiy this
i m not aware of nething
but this is the best thing for u to be out of my wring
impression
if u wana ask me more question ab bank or wana verify
more ba my funds i will consider my self gald n my geniune
efforts has given me some stage to stand in front of u
regardless of my last fake document which was result of
my biggest mistake driven by wrong people

Some one has answered as, have you submitted fake
documents??????? oh finish thats all. Pls, dont answer like
that.

yes pranav ur right!!! I hav a friend here who got his Visa
after rejection on grounds of fake documents!!!! But he was
scrutinized for one whole day!!!! anywayz there is a ray of
hope my friend and itz upto you to get things straight!!!

Dear Guys,
My problem looks similar.I have submitted fake documents
during my second visa interview(in 2007) and they have
verified it with the bank.He made me wait till evening and
entered something seriously into the system by saying as the
documents are found to be fake and returned my documents &
passport. But the main issue is now I am working in a MNC
from 3 years and my client is from US.I ll get the invite
from client at any time.So do I have the chance of getting
L1 visa (obviously with genuine docs through company) .So
please suggest me guys who have good idea on these issues.

Dear,
Please dont get panic and show your body language to them.
If you are going through the same consultancy tell them
very clearly the amount has to be remained in the account
for atleast 6 months and after a week even after the
interview got over. The less number of period you are
holding the finance in your account will definitely put you
in trouble. Or else please arrange for the own funds by
taking the loan, else go for the sponsor. You can also tell
them last time you got rejected due to the insufficient
funds. be polite to the Visa interviewer.

Hi Guys,
Even my H1b is rejected due to fake documents and it's been
4 years it happened. I want to know how many years
background they will verify,somewhere I heard that they
will verify for last 5 years and I can apply for visa again
only after 5 years. Please let me know if this is true, now
I am ready with all the genuine documents.

AFTER 15MIN LATER,A EMPLOY TELL ME TO GO IN A CABIN,WEN I
GO THERE,THERE ARE TWO PERSONE ALREADY WAITING FOR ME ONE
WAS US AND ANOTHER INDIAN.THAN BOTH START ASKING QUS TO ME
AND IN END THEY SAID ALL UR DOCUMENTS ARE FAKE,AND TELL US
WICH AGENT GAVE U ALL THIS DOCUMNETS NITHER U WILL GO IN

please tell me am Eritrean I was DV winner 2011 but the
reject me because i don't have choose at that time because
Eritrean government is not allowed any education document
that is way i did the wrong choose.

My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa?
