I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense,
the money was removed from the account by the consultancy
people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is
there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I
defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents
again ?

WEN MY INTERVIW STARTS WE TELL ALL FAKE THINGS TO COUNCELER
AFTER END SHE ASK FOR OUR TRIP DETAIL I GAVE HER MY "MAKE
MY TRI LATTER"..SHE SAID WAIT FOR 15MIN.THAN WE BOTH WAIT
AFTER 15MIN LATER,A EMPLOY TELL ME TO GO IN A CABIN,WEN I
GO THERE,THERE ARE TWO PERSONE ALREADY WAITING FOR ME ONE
WAS US AND ANOTHER INDIAN.THAN BOTH START ASKING QUS TO ME
AND IN END THEY SAID ALL UR DOCUMENTS ARE FAKE,AND TELL US
WICH AGENT GAVE U ALL THIS DOCUMNETS NITHER U WILL GO IN
JAIL..(AND IF U SAID TRUE THAN U ABLE TO APPLY FOR VISA
AGAIN)...THAN I TOLD HIM ALL THE STORY WICH HAPPEND WITH
ME,IN LAST THEY SAID WE REALISE U IF U TELL US ABOUT ALL
THAT GROUP ,WICH THINGS I KNOW I TOLD THEM,,IN END THEY
WROTE A LATTER FROM ME,ABOUT ALL THE STORY AND I'M INOCNET
I NEVER DO THAT AGAIN....I WROTE IT ALL AND SIGHN IT...
THAN THEY SAID OK U MAY GO KNOW...
WHAT IS NOW,WILL I APPLY AGAIN FOR US OR NOT

Please i would like to know ,incase you are refused F1 visa ,how long can it take to reply for another ? Or when refused of visa how long must you go for another interview?
hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? To my surprise,my visa interview was too short and shocking. I had 1310 in gre and 109 in toefl. I completed BE in Elect and comm with 75% in 2007 and had been working in a multinational software company since then. i applied for masters in elect and comm in Lamar university with 60% fee waiver.. here goes the interview VO:( took my documents) how many universities??(raising his eyebrow) Me:2 VO: Looking at me with questioning eyes? Me: Lamar university, Texas and Cleveland State University, Ohio. VO: Why did u apply for Cleveland University? Me: This is a good university, i got good reviews about this university from online forums and communities and it was offering me right courses in computer networking along with other courses in Electrical Engineering..... VO: Interrupted... it is not a very high ranking university, how can u say its a good university? Me: Ranking of the university was not my sole criteria... VO: Interrupted... ohh!!! (sarcastically) what was your criteria? Me: I focused on the department and the courses that were being offered.. Moreover, I got good feedback.... VO: Go.. Me: ok. can u give me the reason? VO: next one come.. I don't understand what went wrong?

hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). So will it be a problem n getting a visa if i still show him as my sponsor ?? I have the funds in his account to cover the 2yrs plus a 15 Lakh education loan to support my studies. Thank you
I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. Hi, I just have a question regarding my PhD admission with North Dakota State University without assistantship. I have already completed my Masters from NDSU and was working in the US for a couple of years, I however returned to India last year. I was in touch with my guide concerning pursuing my PhD at NDSU. I have now been offered admission at NDSU for the PhD program for Fall 2010, and I have also finalized my research area (extension of Master's research area), however I have not been given an official assistantship / aid letter from my department. My department is however saying that I will be definitely offered assistantship if I land up at NDSU in Fall. My concern is now about the Visa interview in which I will have to show personal liquid funds for 5 years of doctoral study. Can you please suggest a way by which I wont be asked to show 5 years of funding..since I have unofficially got the assurance of aid/tuition waiver. Please let me know.
