i got 73% in class 10th then created a blunder in iith and
12th failing in class 12th. Then i reappeared and got 62%.
Then i took adm in btech electrical engg. Now there i got 9
reappears in first 3 years but manged to complete degree in
4 years with 69% aggregate. Can i get a visa and adm in a
decent univ ?

I think that you are having a Bachelor of Technology degree
(4 year)and the percentage.
But other particulars, i didn't understand.
And you can apply for higher studies if you are having a
four year bachelors degree and other requirements.

According to US what exactly a backlog mean ? when v repeat a subject twice is it considered as two backlog or as just taken as one backlog...??? and r backlogs taken with respective to subjects or additional certificates..???

hi friends.i have written toefl exam ,i scored 102 marks.i got admission in western illinois university for ms at USA.but i did not write GRE .iam going 2 attend interview with in 7 days.my question is if they may ask me why did not write GRE.how do i have to answer to that qns?plzzzz give me ur answers .
i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?
