I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense,
the money was removed from the account by the consultancy
people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is
there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I
defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents
again ?

yes pranav ur right!!! I hav a friend here who got his Visa
after rejection on grounds of fake documents!!!! But he was
scrutinized for one whole day!!!! anywayz there is a ray of
hope my friend and itz upto you to get things straight!!!

what if my sponsor is other than what is mentioned in my I- 20.during application process,i have given a bank statement stating that my mother is sponsoring me now my uncle is going to sponsor my education in USA.so pls tell me the solution to this answer?

hi am harry and i have a doubt regarding visa .my gre score is 1120 and my toefl is 85 and ma academic background is 60% of average with 17 backlogs.the problem is will they reject me for having 17 backlogs ?? am really worried cause i was not knowing all these things b4 i applied.i came to know this today from my senior who had only 4 backlogs and he got rejected two times will i get rejected ?? and if not how should i handle this when they ask plss anyone help me its my life i worked hard to get into this realizing my future
I graduated my BE in April 2004 (though i got my certificates on october 2004) i joined my first job in on march 2005. And after this i worked here for about 1.5 years and resigned on August 2007. After this i joined a non thechincal call centre on june 2007. This being the case i have a period of gaps like 5 months between my under graduation and first job and 10 months between first and second job. Further i am working in a non tehcnical call center. How do you think i should tackle questions in this regard if asked about it please help...

I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1? Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain.
