my brother went for his visa interview, he had backlogs in his B.E , but he cleared all . the consular asked how many backlogs he has , my brother said the no of backlogs he had. my brother tried to explain about that, but visa officer didn't listen. he plans to take interview again. if the consular asks about backlogs, what he is supposed to answer? can he take visa interview again ? general visa appointment dates are not available. emergency appointments only available. can someone tell how to get appointment date?
Why you not done TOFEL,IELTS,GMAT or GRE?
i have 3 yrs gap since i completed btech education and now iam applying for ms degree and achieved i20.if i show 3 yrs of fake work experience .will there be any problem ? i also want to know will there be any chance for asking bank statement of company to which i worked??
hello guys .... i got my i20 from pittsburg state uni. and troy uni. but i have no gre only ilets. my ilets score is 6. i complete my b.tech with 71% and 12th with 66% and 10th with 76%. now i have no time for the preparation of gre. my interview will be in may end. pls tell me guys will there any chance to get visa... pls reply on dpreet12@yahoo.com

I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense, the money was removed from the account by the consultancy people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents again ?
Hii ,, mama, I got I-20 .. In I-20 they mentioned my expenses with tuition fee and everything as $24K and my total value of GA as $27K. so I am getting excess of $3000 for one year.. Now my question is how much I have to show at the time VISA interview? My father is farmer .My father doesn’t have any liquid assets but we have lands and immovable property around------ ----- I can show my maternal uncle and aunt liquid assets around 15 lakh…and immovable assets around 50 Lakhs,, they both are doctors..what are the documents I have to show ? Dear Friends. I hv a valid F1 visa till 2012. Due to family emergency I came to India in Feb 2010 and I am still in India. Recently I came to know that I have to give visa interview again because I am away from US for more than 5 months. Do I need to prepare all the visa related documents once again? and what is the chances for me to get the visa?
