Hi,
Normally Inspection lot is carried out before PGI. If the
material is rejected during inspection then PGI is not done
and hence you cannot deliver the faulty goods to the
customer.

Depending on the customer, or customer and the material together, you can specify if the inspection log must be accepted before goods issue can be posted. If it must not be accepted, the quality assurance departemnt can submit the inspection results after goods issue psoting
