Call Centre is a part of B.P.O.
It is a 24*7 hour help desk.
It is a booming industry.
No other company has a high growth rate as Call Centre has.
There are two typr of processes.
a)Inbond:
In inbond process the customer calls and put forth his
querry and we have to revert to them with satisfactory
solution.
b)Outbond:
In outbond we have to make calls and give information
about our product.Inshort we have to do a tellemarketing.
