conduct a meeting,sharing of our past sales of the
company,who has achieved,how he/she achieved and how they
get positioned in senior level,and also conducting sales
contests,both awarding & rewarding with special guest and
also with proper motivation and friendly guidance when they
r frustrated

Telling them about how to reach success, like sharing my
experiences and awakening their inner anxietyness.Giving
them all kind of support to them in work and if they go
wrong, explaning them & making them not to realise the

it should be a proper review among the individual team
member to set certain aim to achieve success in their
carrier.their should be sum reward follwing is also

First the members' field of interest must be evaluated and
then their depth of interest in the current job must be
evaluated. work should not be forced on them, periodical
evaluation in their progress is very vital, each n every
member must be given a chance to share his own attitude
towards work once in a week so that it may help other
people in the team , by doing so each n every member will
be a reason for other person's success n growth in carreer
