conduct a meeting,sharing of our past sales of the
company,who has achieved,how he/she achieved and how they
get positioned in senior level,and also conducting sales
contests,both awarding & rewarding with special guest and
also with proper motivation and friendly guidance when they
r frustrated

first of al we should motivate the team member who has done

it should be a proper review among the individual team

First the members' field of interest must be evaluated and
then their depth of interest in the current job must be
evaluated. work should not be forced on them, periodical
evaluation in their progress is very vital, each n every
member must be given a chance to share his own attitude
towards work once in a week so that it may help other
