First the members' field of interest must be evaluated and
then their depth of interest in the current job must be
evaluated. work should not be forced on them, periodical
evaluation in their progress is very vital, each n every
member must be given a chance to share his own attitude
towards work once in a week so that it may help other
people in the team , by doing so each n every member will
be a reason for other person's success n growth in carreer
