consideration because of numbers. Money is important to me
but weather i will fit into your company comes first and the
brand like your company will generally recognise my talent
and pay me as per as what i deserve.

The position if offered to me by your company would
certainly carry a certain level of remuneration for the
position which I am confident of to expect.
Since I have done a bit of survey myself on what to expect
and also the level of Industry standards which are
prevalent today .

strait away u don't tell that at present i am getting 5k
and i need 9k.
at present i am getting 5k i am expecting 30% hike besides
perks....
now i am drawing 10k with allowances i am expecting a good
hike not less than 30 % of my present salary.. like that
