OCB is oil circuit Breaker in which oil is used as circuit breaker and VCB is vacuum circuit breaker in which vacuum or air gap is used for circuit breaker

OCB is Oil Circuit Breaker which is not used now-a-days and VCB is Vacuum Circuit Breaker which is used widely these days.
