Reasons of job change are- Most of people leave their job because of their immediate boss.Not getting good working environment to work. No recognition or reward for good work.promoting inefficient workers or junior workers. No future growth. No support from seniors. Getting better opportunity from other sources. Because of transfer to other places. Not getting job satisfaction.Higher salary offer from competitor organisation. Not getting remuneration in time.If feels that the future of organisation is not good. Not able to work as per the rules and regulations of the organisation.
