+1 is used to present year periods calculated to next year

0 is used to current periods

Hello my dear friend first check the question what has asked and then answer it properly . Nobody has answered to the above question properly. Here the question is What is year dependent fiscal year.

The answer is:- Year dependent fiscal year is, which is valid for a particular year.

Ex:- In define no. ranges step if you give 2015 in year field then it's only valid for that particular year . if you give 9999 then it's valid forever.
