actually the real definition of power factor is its a time
difference between current and voltage...if u r justifying
as cos of angle b/w current n voltage means cud u rate the
range of the angle?then y u r defining as cos of the
angle...justify f urs s correct

In organization most of the load is inductive,so the power
factor is lagging.Normally the power factor is maintained
nearer to unity(.7 to .85)
