Boiler furnance pressure raised & damaged the boiler if ID
Fan is not functioning.We can not run boiler without running
ID Fan.

if ID FAN ON BOILER NOT FUNCTIONING, FURNACE PRESSURE WILL RAISE AND BYPASS DAMPER WILL OPEN IMMEDIATELY ASPER THE BOILER'S SAFETY INTERLOCK EXECUTION.SO THAT, THE BOILER WILL BE SAFE, WHERE AS BOILER EFFICIENCY WILL BE LOW BECAUSE OF NO HEAT EXCHANGING IN THE COMBUSTION AIR AND FURNACE DRAFT ALSO WILL NOT PERFECT.HENCE BOILER CAN RUN WITHOUT ID FAN WITH LOW LOAD.

First of all Boiler willn't start without ID FAN due to Boiler interlock if by bypass this logic we start the boiler then draft can't be set without ID FAN Boiler will be trip with furnace draft high.if this logic also bypass then furnace will be pressurised before reaching required amount of air flow for combustion &proper combustion willn't occure which will damage the furnace tube and also there is a chances of furnace blast.

We have Demin Closed cooling water system with expansion tank for cooling oil system. Expansion tank having N2 bladder. Whenever N2 bladder bursts out, Closed cooling water circuit pressure drops and make-up happening, eventhough there is no leaks. And how Circuit pressure drops?
