Both are the unit of pressure measuring in kg/cm2 and mmwc 1ksc is equal to 10000mmwc.

Yes both are measuring units of pressure . Relation is 1kg/cm2=10000mmwc. 1 atm = 10 metres wc,1atm =1kg/cm2(approx) & 1kg/cm2 =10 metres(10000mmwc)
