Once the first floor slab is set , you can give support for the 2nd floor slab. Nothing is going to give away.FF slab will be already supported by columns

actually this condition is due to failure of planning or due to change in planning.but if you have planning of this type of work you should design the load bearing members according to your building design.

In this case, we can strengthen ff slab by giving props from gf so that ff slab can sustain over load coming from sf slab
