different from other two windings, else we can find the weak

We can check by continunity on winding from multimeter and that time it shows that motor becomes unbalanced

one cole insulation faild. while motor running insulation
failed due to motor prodce low temprature. when motor comes
to stop then col is normall resistens
so this cause motor to be rewinding

when one of the incoming fse was burnt so that the motor
runs on two phase.so that one phase will draw more current
and the motor gets heated.

What is the minimum setting in REF relay because i am facing some problem whenever power resumes after power failure my transformer is tripping because of REF trip. I am using CSPC make numerical relay(DIP switches). Now setting is 15 percentage. What is the reason for this triping. I sm waiting for answer
