100mg of acetone in 100mL of solvent. further dilute to
2.5mL in 100mL solvent it will be 25 ppm of acetone

50mg of acetone in 100ml solvent. further dilute to 5ml in
100ml of solvent it will be 25ppm of acetone

first we prepare 1000 ppm(mgml).
1000 ppm acetone standard solution preparation:-10 mg of acetone solvent is taken in 10 ml vf and make up with suitable diluent.
25 ppm preparation:- 0.25 ml of 1000 ppm solution is taken in a 10 ml vf and make up with a that suitable diluent.

Hello Dear all; I have a technical question related to analytical Chemistry, I have a sample of (40% w/w) Ferric Chloride solution (for water treatment purposes which consist a little portions of Ferrous Chloride and Hydrochloric acid. I need to know the methods to determine the percentages of each Ferrous Chloride and Chloride acid. Also I want to make sure that this solution is truly (40% w/w). So ANY CLUE !!! Thanks in advance.
