Answer / siva kumar yalamanchili
After a SRS is ready for the software application or a product that is to be developed, especially website or portal applications, a prototype is developed. Ideally prototype is a sample application which gives you the look and feel of the actual application that is to be developed.Prototype will be analysed and any additions/deletions to the initial requirements are done.In a nutshell prototypes serves as a entry artifact for software application design.
