We can't do credit limit in Billing.

We can do it in Sales order level,Delivery Level & PGI Level

This question is a trap. Once the goods are delivered, there is no use of having a credit check or block in palce.Billing is just a tool to get payments from customers and if goods have already been despatched why the business wants to have a block at billing.
Are they looser?
