Milestone Billing comes into picture when you are not
having the exact details of Item Data(line Items). This
most often observed with Master Contracts & WBS (Work
Breakdown Structure) Projects.

E.g. if there is a tender for a Airport Development
Project.. this project will required N number of Electrical
appliances, Mechanical Instruments, Infrastructural
buildings...etc in this case whenever vendor responsible
for respective services will complete his job in % &
accordingly submit his/her bills based on milestone billing
as per the agreement between respective authorities.

Periodic billing is used when you want to bill the customer
at different points of time based on the periodicity or
progress of the work.

Milestones: Takes Phases wise and the billing will happen
on completion of each phases.

Periodic: Here billing will happen on regular basis, like
monthly, weekly, quatatly, yearly....!

Hi Experts, In Revenue Account Determination What is the need for us to copy as SAP Standard Condition Types Revenue Account Determination Types KOFI and access sequence KOFI and Revenue Account Determination Procedure KOFI00? What is the rationale behind / logic to copy SAP std for condition types, access sequence ,revenue account determination procedure and account keys as we can use it as it is from SAP standard? Hi! all, in SAP SD, I'm creating a customer in Tcode: XD01 & Im able to save the Customer & an Number is assigned for the following Customer through the Internal Number that has been assigned to the relevant Account Group. Everything is going fine till I the system generates the Customer Number. But when I check for the same Customer Number in XD02 / XD03, I get an Error saying that - "The Customer doesn't exist or not created". I have checked the Number Ranges & they are perfectly assigning the number sequence but I'm unable to retrieve the Customer info from the CMR. The Customer created is also not visible in the Tcode: VCUST. Could anyone help me resolve this particular issue, at the earliest please.

It necessary to create Tax code for excise determination in TAXINN in SD Scenario. While maintaining condition record ( JEXP) for Excise access sequence JEXC doesn’t has Tax Code field Whereas for Sale Tax determination ( JCST/JLST) access sequence JLST /CST which has Tax code field . (In TAXINN we create Dummy tax code (blank)) is it true whatever I have written ? If yes then what is use of tax code where it triggers in FI Posting? Why we use only for Sale Tax not for Excise duty?

one of interviewer asked me this requirement please tell me anybody? Issue: the problem faced by us right now is,when there are more than 2 route codes available, users can select a wrong route code which is a longer route for the destination, the physical shipment can still go through a shorter route, but company will end up in paying more. Requirement: user maintained route list, the user will maintain a master from which route should be picked, users should be able to enable or disable a particular route. Thanks in advance
