Use a vairable speed drive. It will take the single phase
and convert it to 3 phase. Make sure the motor is rated for
drives.

not at all.
bcoz if we give single phase supply to the motor.,it won't create rotating magnetic flux. rotataing magnetic flux is must for the motor to run.

Please give me a solid reason there are 2 ELCB's If we take Phase from ELCB NO:1 an Netural from ELCB N:2 why ELCB is tripping when we connect the Load?please brief me with detail

after parallaing two generators current is shooting up in both the generators.for ex: load is 400 kw..after paralling and load sharing current in running gen is approx 900 amps and incoming is 750 amps which is too high when trying toshift the load current in incoming gen is coming more than 1300 amps and both getting tripped and making blackout..
