if you are going to make a report like vendor ageing or customer ageing, then you have go for the software devlopement part. but actually the abap persons are into devlopement. the functional persons only instruct them how to make the report and from where they will fetch the datas in what conditions. for example if they the report contais a field named vendor e mail id. then we will instruct the abaper in a proffesional language that pass the vendor number in ADRC table and get the address number and again pass the addres number in ADR2 table and get the e mail id. for more clarification go to SE16 and try it

when you r uploading vendor data open items the with holding tax of concern transaction are also updating automatically, it is duplicating because the WHT LINE ITEMS ARE already uploaded. how do you customize or rectify it?
