in a table fan rotor is just like a general purpose rotor and its rotating where as in celing fan coil wonded part is rotating n rotor is stationary......

In both, the squirrel cage armature is the rotor.In table
fan the rotor is inside the field and in case of the ceiling
,the rotor is outside the field.

in a table fan rotar(non winded part) is a rotating part
like general purpose motor ,wherw as in ceiling fan rotor
(non winded part in a centre has stationary and outer part
having winding is a rotary part hence the the rotation of
the blade also having anti clock wise ,just reverse of the
table fan.

In sealing fan coil have a rotatory part, but in-case of
table fan coil should stationary and shaft connected with
fan leaf is rotor part.
