in ceiling fan field winding is rotating part...in table fan
rotor is rotating part.so their direction of rotation is
opposit to each other.

In both, the squirrel cage armature is the rotor.In table
fan the rotor is inside the field and in case of the ceiling
,the rotor is outside the field.

How to calculate voltage drop in copper and aluminium cable? I have laid 240Sq.mm Aluminium cable for the length of 600 Mtrs in 1 Mtrs underground. Normal load is 150A.
