Feeder is a conductor with small diameter relatively compared to Busbar and it is used for transmission of HV and interconnection between substations.
Busbar is also a conductor with large diameter designed to carry large currents that is used connect different generating units.

bus is only a conductor.feeder has all the relays, bus bars,
control wiring . to say feeder is a super set of busbar
