1) check the back pressure,
2) check Theoretical plates,
3) system suitability as per test requirement e.g. tailing
factor, symmetry, RRT, resolution etc.
all three parameters shows columns performance.

check for the number of plates that it maintains stady all
over the run , check the SST at avery run that cpmplies the
acceptance criterias of the method.
