No in star delta shhematic first Main contactor & star
contactor will operate & after few seconds main & delta
contactors will operate, star contactor will switch off. if
we connect OLr in Delta circuit in star operation
protection will be not be there so it is not recomonded to
connect OLR in Delta circuit.

in star I(l)=I(ph),where as in delta Il not equal to Iph ,,, so connecting OLR is not recommended in delta circuit.
