1.project preparation-
with in thid phase toplevel mgt where study the scop of the
project.
2. blue print preparion(only doc preparation)
AS-IS- is called as client business process
TO-BE IS called as client business process convert in to
sap terminalogy.
and also maintain the gaps
specs and user exits.

3.Realization: here what ever we have to maintain above
phase that will configarate this phase

4. final preparation: here all testing and giving the
training of user and pre go-live activities

5. GO-LIVE:Ready to use production server

I had posted a down payment to a vendor. In addition to that i had posted the invoice to the same vendor.When i run the F110 to make the payment, I want the functionality to adjust the down payment with the invoice & to pay the balance amount. I don't want to do the down payment clearing manually in F- 54. the down payment should be done in the F110 itslef. Is it possible?. If yes what is the configuration related to this.
