3.if there is any master data chage in infotypes related to payroll in the middle of the month then the payroll will be done for two periods called partial periods this is called split. ex. if employee transferred to branch B w.e.f 16th, the system calcultes salary from 1st to 15th and 16th to 30th seperately for two periods.

6.OM is used to define the org plan i.e)org structure,Reporting Structure
Number of uses like
A.we can identify the vacant positions in an org unit
B.To find the Reporting Structure in the org unit
C.Tasks to be performed by an employee
D.We can have the graphical structure of an org

1.New PERNR only we can generate for new hiring, if you
want to transfer, create new personnel ID then transfer
(should not there two PERNR for one person).
2.If your transfer middle of the month,then give subarea
Delhi when you run the tranfer action.(if subarea is not
there you have to create new one).
3.Split period means particular month or days
4.IT8 maintain employee salary components like Basic, HRA,
etc..and IT14maintain recurring payments and deductions.
5.allowance grouping means it was linked to payscale
structure example for A Grade employees are eligible for
transport allowance every month Rs 1000, for B Grade
employees are eligible for Rs 500.
6.OM is most imporatent for payroll run because we
mainatain employee grouping, payscale group, Personnel Area
Sub Area Cost Center, Job, Position etc... with this
integration we cannot run the payroll....
