Roshan,

In condition type EK02, the conditions category is Q that is costing.

Now the costing condition category is so configured by the CO consultants (Costing consultants) that access sequence can't be attached to a condition type if the condition sequence selected is Q. i.e. costing.

To solve this, you need to get in touch with FI/CO consultants.

Another way is You can maintain the standard price, movinf price field of the material master record so that you can get costs from there in the sales order.
