1] The quality and honesty of the employees is counted much,
which develops the good image of the company and thus
company is recognized for maintaining good human resource...

2] representing your company means presenting your self on
behalf of your company..... we need to represent in best way
and while representing we should reflect the companys
dignity. the interactor must feel that the person who is re-
presenting is worth and he is capable for presenting his
organization and mean while we should be aware of our
companies policy and rules....

3] every person wants to grow and thinking this is not an
offence....... but if you are honest for your work then you
should promote him so that he can get what he deserves and
even you can learn form him by allowing him to explore
himself.
