Depends on the maximum load current. For example if the
maximum load current is 4A then a fuse of 5A should be
chosen. But it depends on other factors also like equipment
to be protected etc

In dc motor starter there is less voltage required for holding contactor that's may why it is called no volt coil. but in ac starter why holding contactor is called no volt coil.
