tsm:(Time setting multiplier)
it is multiplier of various time current characteristics
curves(i.e.normal inverse,extreme inverse,long inverse,very
long inverse,..etc)
psm(plug setting multiplier)
The relay's primary winding is supplied from the power
systems current transformer via a plug bridge, which is also
commonly known as the plug setting multiplier (psm)

PSM: plug setting multiplier
PSM=fault current/actual primary operating current
TSM: time multiplier setting
TSM=desired operating time/operating time at given PSM

Primary operating current= plug setting * CT ratio
