Noted iteam is not a full transaction. it doesn't hav a
debit and credit for ex dwon payment req in f-47, and PO.
and special GL is a advance to vendors or from a customers
bills of exchange gurrenttes also treated as special Gl
transactions.

Noted Item is used to display the down payment in FBL5N
report(you have to select the Noted item in the report).
If you wont TICK the noted item in FBKP...then it wont
display the down payment amt in the FBL5N
