RESIDUAL CIRCUIT BREAKER(RCB) IS SIMILAR TO RESIDUAL CURRENT CIRCUIT BREAKER(RCCB).
RCCB- IT PROTECTS THE CIRCUIT WITHOUT AN OVERLOAD.
BUT RESIDUAL CURRENT CIRCUIT BREAKER OVERLOAD(RCBO)- IT PROTECTS THE CIRCUIT WITH AN OVERLOAD, MAINLY WHERE WE NEED MORE EARTH LEAKAGE PROTECTION AT THERE RCBO IS USED.

RCD is the group name for residual current protective devices.
RCCB is an RCD that fits in the breaker panel
RCBO has additional overload protection and also fits in the breaker panel. RCBOs were mainly designed to protect individual circuits inplace of an MCB. RCCB is used to protect many circuits with individual MCBs
I assume RCB is just another name for RCD. Here is a good link where i found the information.
