Is it possible to have a release procedure without
classification for a PO?

Answer / renita
No, release procedure without classification not possible
for external documents like PO.
With classification will allow release at header and Item.
Without classification will allow release item -wise only.
For a PO you will want a release header wise and not item
wise. hence you need to use with classification.
For PR you can use anyone of them ie with or without
classification.

Hi,
Release procedure WITHOUT classification is possible only
for the internal document( Eg: Purchase Requisition).
In the same way, RElease procedure with classification is
possible for external documents like P.O

NO you can't do this.
you have to use sub module clssification for P.Os.
Without classification you can use release strategy item
level.mean you can approve p.req item by item.but you can't
do this with the p.o.it makes sense p.req is internal
document but p.o is external purchasing doucument.
Hope answer the question
