QA is PROCESS ORIENTED and DEFECT PREVENTION based ,
QC is PRODUCT ORIENTED and DEFECT DETECTION based.

QA- Quality assurace is Process based.
It is Defect Prevention Oriented.It is done for
complete product cycle.Ex: Reviews and Audits

QC- Quality Control is product based
It is defect detection and defect correction oriented
It is done after product is build. Ex: software testing
