1. switch on the elcb. press the test button on the elcb.
it should trip.
2. switch on the elcb. connect test lamp between earth and
output phase of the elcb. the elcb should trip.
if fails in both the condition the elcb is faulty.

Why 66KV is step down to 11KV and then 433v, not directly 66KV to 433v ?
