Brief Businees process for understanding :

Customer--> Web Browsing for products --> selects and
updates in the shopping cart --> Sales team books the order-
-> Simultaneously goes to the businees partner/vendor --
Product shipment --> Billing --> Sales Manager will check /
analyzes the lead win / lost .
