same,continue.practice makes a man perfect so why worry.

First of all, we had prepare our mind that i have to improve my communication.second,Bring some kids stories book read it loudly and underline the difficult words and reference simple dictorary.After go to novel,news papers,watch english movies etc.Take some tropics and start speak on that loudly.Speak English to u friends or known person .Never think u r wrong .More Practice is need.All the best.
