Call drop may be of two reasons
1. There is a failure of HAND OFF whenever you are moving
from one cell to another.

2. In between the cells there are areas where there is no
coverage. these areas are called SHADED areas. So if you are
moving into those areas your active call may be dropped.

>when load on the bts is more than it could be not available
for accepting your call on that time.
>when you are in traffic area then also load on the bts is
high so call drop would be possible.
>when user moving from 1 cell to another cell than call will
be continue as before but in another cell is busy to
handling more no . of user so than it will be not able to
accept your call so call will be drop

Call drop occur because of the following reasons

1>first is u need to check HIGH VSWR.

2>u need to check the one of the sector where call drop
occurs,main and diversity port is interchanged in the TRX

3>one of the site has following parameters of the kpi is
not identify in the BSC or wrong.

we have multiple reasons :
1)we are in mobilty and where I'am now we didnt have a cover by the operator
2)we are in the car and the speed are very high
3)we have a handover from cell to another and where we are going ( to the cell) we didn 't have a place ( cell saturated )
