why we need external pull up for port 0 of micro-controller

Pull up & pull down resistors must be requird I2C & Micro-
controller/ADC. The output port will be tri stated means 1
or 0, we can't prdict.

if pull up resistor is not added then the output will not
predict....without this resistance the circuit is called pull
down...
