A sort key populates the Assignment field in the document
and this assignment filed is used to sort the line items in
FS10N. A sort key can be document date, posting date, etc,.

sort key assigned in the account key is the base for sorting
the data while retrieving.example to the above is fs10n. in
the comeup screen of fs10n u can see the account balance
periodic wise, if u want to see in detail u have to double
click on the periodic amount. here sort key is the base for
retrieve and keep in sequence.

Hi all, we are exporting data from SAP to excel file depending on company code , fiscal year , date range from tables bkpf and bseg for gl balance, bsid and bsad for customer , bsik and bsak for vendor it works fine. But i want to exclude the clearing doc entries from selection.As i added condition to exclude data with document type not 'AB' it won't work. Please suggest the way to exclude clearing doc. entries from SAP.
