Central instance means it is a application server(DEVBMGS).
SID Means sytem identificatin for suppose(M29)but every system has unique identification...

Central Instance is related to Application where one can
find all the 3 layers on one system is called as Central
Instance.
System Identifier is represented by NR number which starts
from 00 to 99.
